About the role

We are now seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team on a landmark renewable energy project Boulder Creek Wind Farm located near Rockhampton, Queensland.

DIDO / FIFO roster from Brisbane - 10days on 4days off, offering salary + uplift + allowances + flights + accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise electrical construction activities across substation, 33kv reticulation and transmission lines scope, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Manage site electrical subcontractors to achieve efficient productivity and meet installation milestones.
  • Oversee quality assurance and compliance processes, conducting inspections and ensuring all works meet relevant standards, regulations, and project QA documentation requirements.
  • Drive strong HSE performance by conducting daily pre-start meetings, site audits, and actively managing safety and environmental obligations.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project management, and other site teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve site constraints, and maintain continuous workflow.

About you

  • Experience as an Electrical Supervisor on major projects, greenfield or renewable experience highly regarded.
  • Electrical Trade Qualification highly regarded.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a customer-focused approach, delivering profitable repeat business and driving project outcomes.
  • Highly organised with strong planning, budgeting and cost control skills.
  • Committed to environmental, quality and safety standards and proficient in Microsoft Office.
