About the role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead engineering delivery of major renewable energy projects across regional Queensland, providing technical leadership across design, integration and assurance.
Working closely with the Project Director and project teams, the Engineering Manager will play a key role in safely delivering complex projects, engaging consultants and clients, and strengthening DT Infrastructure’s position in the renewables market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering design, planning and integration across renewable D&C projects.
- Ensure compliance with AEO requirements, engineering standards, quality and safety systems.
- Review and approve designs and specifications, managing technical and commercial risk.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders, supporting work winning.
- Drive engineering capability, continuous improvement and effective project delivery outcomes.
About you
- Degree qualified Engineer with 12+ years’ experience, including 5+ years in engineering leadership.
- Strong background in large infrastructure or renewables projects within D&C environments.
- Proven capability in technical assurance, systems engineering and design compliance.
- Confident communicator with experience engaging clients, consultants and regulators.
- Proactive, commercially aware leader who thrives in fast-paced project environments.
