About the role

Due to large scale projects coming online we are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Trainee Administrator interested in joining DT Infrastructure to support our High Capacity Signalling team. This role is a full time position where you will be working Monday to Friday and will be based in Stirling Street, Perth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Support the HCS project through efficient use of Microsoft Office and other related software
  • Arrange and maintain document management system for operational business units
  • Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring employee information is accurate and up to date
  • Assist with preparing HR correspondence and reports
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Demonstrate commitment, active involvement and leadership regarding HSE, client, people and financial accountabilities
  • Ensure administration, document control, filing system, records are effectively managed and organised

About You

  • Level 12 School leaving certificate or appropriate training achievement essential
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to enter important data efficiently and accurately
  • Strong proficiency across MS Office applications and other databases
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Collaborative communication style with the ability to work effectively as a member of a team
  • Desirable; TAFE Certificate 11 in Business Administration or similar
