About the role
As a result of our success and growth we are now seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Track Worker/ Leading Hand to join our long-term rail projects based out of Port Hedland, WA.
This role is a full time position where you will be working on a 2:1 (14 days on/7 days off) FIFO Roster.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Superintendent, responsibilities would include but not be limited to:
- Work across Rail maintenance projects in the North West of WA
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Perform general track maintenance as required
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment.

Ensure team members understand organisational objectives, their part in them and are focused on development/delivery of their own relevant plans.
About You
- Machine operating experience (desirable)
- C Class Drivers Licence Minimum
- White card
- Minimum 5 years proven industry experience including significant experience as a Leading Hand
- Certificate II in Rail Infrastructure; Certificate III Preferred
- AT Welding Ticket Highly Regarded
- Flashbutt Welding Ticket Highly Regarded
- FMG Inducted
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and effective communication skills
