Job Description: 

Job Summary

The HR Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to help ensure the smooth operation of HR functions. This includes assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with day to day HR operations and administrative task
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR database
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening candidates, and scheduling interview
  • Track employee attendance, leave and time-off request using HR system
  • Monitor compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR documentatio
  • Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hire
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR-related reports as neede
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Help monitor and process employee benefits such as claims, entitlements and etc
  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

 

Qualifications

  • SPM/ STPM/Diploma in any related field

Skills & Abilities

  • Experience working in a fast-paced department
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good negotiation and organizing skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
