Job Summary

To assist in mall customer service role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage customer service / information counter.
2. Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
3. Maintain customer relationship by providing accurate information about the shopping mall and Advertising & Promotions (A&P) activities and attend to shoppers’ and tenants’ enquiries and feedback.
4. Resolve service complaint from customer by analyzing the best solution to solve to problem. Effectively determine the cause of the problem and lastly follow up to ensure resolution.
5. Maintain customer’s complaints records by updating the information in the database.
6. To ensure customer filled up the customer feedback form, in order for us to maintain our customer service quality.
7. Assist in the execution of the mall’s promotions and events, redemption gifts and vouchers.
8. To make public announcement as and when required.
9. To check on the customer service counter inventory. Responsible for maintaining adequate stock of mall collateral and the necessary information related to current and updated mall directory, information related to on-going offers and promotions, services available etc. at the service counter.
10. Compile and submit weekly report to customer service executive.
11. To provide administrative support to the Center Management Office whenever necessary.
12. Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior.

Qualifications

Candidates must possess at least a SPM/STPM/“A” Level/Pre-U/“O” Level or Professional Certificate in any field.

Skills & Abilities

  1. Must be computer literate (be Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and Internet Applications).
  2. Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Able to speak and write in both English and Malay. Additional language is a plus point.
  4. Retail and Shopping Center(s) experience and knowledge would be a definite an advantage for the position.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

Minimum of 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position.
