Job Summary

The Credit Administration / Sales Admin Intern will support the daily operations of the department, assisting with documentation & reporting. This internship offers hands-on experience in credit administration processes, providing an opportunity to learn and contribute in a professional, fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing documentation related to billing, collections, and sales transactions.

  • Support efforts to identify improvements in documentation and administrative processes.

  • Help monitor the documentation flow to ensure compliance with internal quality standards.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external parties (e.g., financial institutions, solicitors) to gather required information or follow up on documentation.

  • Learn and assist in using internal software systems to manage purchaser records and monitor updates.

  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s database and filing systems.

  • Observe and support compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information at all times.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration or related disciplines).

  • Minimum internship duration of 10 weeks.

  • CGPA of 3.0 or above.

  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Good organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
