Job Summary

The Attendant - Car Park - Real Estate And Facilities is responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of the company's car park facilities. This entry-level role involves providing direct assistance to car park users, monitoring parking areas, maintaining cleanliness, and enforcing parking regulations. The Attendant plays a crucial role in delivering a positive experience for all visitors and tenants, contributing to the overall functionality and security of the property's facilities. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist car park users with a friendly and helpful demeanor. 

  • Provide directions, answer inquiries, and offer assistance with parking equipment (e.g., ticket machines, payment kiosks, barriers). 

  • Help resolve minor issues such as lost tickets or payment difficulties. 

  • Monitor entry and exit points to ensure smooth traffic flow and proper use of the parking system. 

  • Conduct regular patrols of the car park to observe parking availability, identify unauthorized parking, and ensure compliance with rules. 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 

  • Basic computer literacy. 

  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions. 

  • Valid driver's license (if required for moving vehicles within the car park).

  • Strong commitment to providing excellent service with a friendly, patient, and helpful attitude. 

  • Clear and concise verbal communication skills for effective interaction with car park users and colleagues.
