About the Role

Reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing strategic and operational recruitment support across the full employee lifecycle. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing and collaborative team, where you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging and securing top talent for a diverse portfolio of roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across a diverse portfolio of professional, technical and project-based roles.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Proactively source talent through a variety of channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals and market mapping.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future workforce needs.
  • Provide market insights, talent intelligence and recruitment advice to stakeholders.
  • Support employer branding, early careers and broader talent initiatives as required.
  • Ensure recruitment activities are delivered in line with compliance, governance and diversity objectives.


About You

As an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships across the business, you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition, ideally within infrastructure, engineering, construction, professional services or a related industry.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to partner effectively with leaders at all levels.
  • Proven capability in proactive sourcing and direct search methodologies.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and high recruitment volumes simultaneously.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using contemporary recruitment systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
