•    Assist in coordinating third-party certification processes (e.g. TfNSW SDG, ISC, Green Star), including evidence collection and audit preparation.
•    Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to support sustainability-related requirements and initiatives.
•    Contribute to internal capability-building through training, toolkits, and the promotion of best practice.
•    Support corporate sustainability reporting, data management, and lessons learned processes.
•    Assist with establishing early-phase sustainability strategies and documentation during project mobilisation.
•    Monitor changes in sustainability regulations, frameworks, and industry trends to support continuous improvement.

Your skills and experience

•    GSAP or ISAP accreditation (or equivalent) with experience in delivering a sustainability rating.
•    Familiarity with third-party certification systems such as ISC, Green Star, LEED, or BREEAM.
•    Minimum 3 years’ experience in sustainability roles on major infrastructure projects.
•    Strong understanding of sustainability strategy and compliance in a construction environment.
•    Proven communication, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring capabilities.
