We are currently delivering the Sydney Metro West – Western Tunnelling Package and in joint venture partnerships for both the $1.35B Coffs Harbour Bypass and the $1B M1 Motorway Extension Southern Package.

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Administrator to provide essential support across financial, procurement, and administrative functions for the Richmond Road Upgrade project. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the project team, supporting various functional areas, and helping drive project success.

Specific activities will include:

  • Manage financial records such as expenses, invoices, and purchase requisitions.
  • Liaise with internal project team and external vendors to aid in procuring consumables, materials & equipment.
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly reports and agendas.
  • Support the project functional teams such as commercial, procurement and HSEQ, with administration support and records management. 
  • Assess and process subcontractor monthly progress claims.
  • Utilise the document control system for the project to ensure that any required information is updated and distributed. 
  • Support the Project Team as a vital team member to making project a success.  

 

 

Your skills and experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within large infrastructure projects.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with the team, clients, and key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
