  • Support major project bids and tenders through procurement planning, market engagement, cost estimation, supplier pricing strategies and commercial evaluations.
  • Establish and mobilise project supply chains, ensuring critical resources, suppliers and subcontractors are engaged in line with project schedules.
  • Lead, mentor and develop a procurement team, fostering a high-performance culture, building capability and ensuring alignment with business and project objectives.
  • Manage strategic supplier and subcontractor relationships, driving performance, value, innovation, KPI achievement and continuous improvement.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and long-term supply arrangements that optimise cost, quality, risk and delivery outcomes.
  • Monitor procurement budgets, forecasting, reporting and cost-saving initiatives to achieve project and business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with project, commercial, engineering and operational teams to ensure procurement activities align with project milestones and delivery requirements.
  • Identify, assess and mitigate procurement, supply chain and commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with company governance frameworks, contractual obligations, regulatory requirements and ethical procurement practices.
  • Support sustainability, local content and social procurement objectives while maintaining a focus on safety, quality and value creation.

  • Proven capability in supplier negotiations and strategic sourcing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical, commercial and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience working within complex, fast-paced project environments.
