About the role

As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering renewable energy projects, ensuring engineering excellence across design, procurement, and technical management. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support projects from concept through to delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Support engineering design and Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) for renewable energy projects, including solar and wind.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across electrical, civil, structural, automation, and control disciplines
• Develop technical specifications, scopes of work, and design documentation
• Review and approve detailed designs, specifications, and drawings
• Provide technical input for procurement, including vendor evaluation and selection
• Engage with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support project delivery
• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, and reporting

Skills and experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field
• Experience in renewable energy project design and delivery, including solar and/or wind
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving, organisation, and decision-making skills, managing multiple workstreams to deliver quality outcomes
