About the role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Project Administrator to provide essential support across document control, project administration, and office coordination functions for the Richmond Road Upgrade project. You will play a key role in supporting the project team, maintaining project systems and documentation, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the site office.
Specific activities will include:
- Issuing general correspondence to clients and subcontractors using TeamBinder and ACC systems
- Issuing and managing document transmittals to clients and subcontractors through TeamBinder and ACC systems
- Managing design documentation, including comment registers and coordinating responses
- Maintaining project document control systems, ensuring accuracy, version control, filing, and up-revving of documents
- Supporting weekly and monthly project reporting requirements
- Providing general project administration support to the wider project team
- Supporting onboarding activities for staff, subcontractors, and clients across various project systems
- Managing general office administration including coordination of cleaners, office defects, and day-to-day office issues
- Assisting with project purchasing and procurement activities
- Maintaining project registers and records as required
- Supporting mobilisation and demobilisation activities across the project
Your skills and experience
- Previous experience in a Project Administration or Document Control role, ideally within large infrastructure or construction projects
- Experience using document management systems such as TeamBinder, ACC, or similar platforms
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
