The Role
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Marketing Manager to join the team across our construction and engineering business. Based in our corporate office in North Sydney you will work closely with our Head of Marketing and Communications and assist with the development and implementation of Gamuda Australia’s internal and external communication strategies and practices. This will include:
- Contribute to overall marketing strategies and leading specific campaigns that drive engagement across both internal and external events along with online content.
- Develop and implement engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Workplace and YouTube.
- Handle all aspects from segmentation, calendar planning, and composing, to performance reporting.
- Develop and implement media plans and activities that promote Gamuda's project milestones and activities to maximise brand awareness within the community.
- Ensure internal stakeholders are kept aware of media issues and opportunities as they arise.
- Work with graphic designers to create branded marketing materials.
- Work with the Head of Marketing to create marketing campaigns, media releases and award submissions
Your skills & experience
Ideally you will have relevant qualifications in Marketing or Communications and proven experience as a Marketing Manager in a corporate environment including:
- A proven ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience within Marketing Communications and Promotions, preferably in a construction, Engineering, or Commercial property environment.
- A track record of developing effective working relationships with management and key stakeholders.
- Commercial acumen and comfort working with budgets and reporting on outcomes.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, email marketing and the Adobe Creative Suite (or equivalent).
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders, site teams and external partners.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple projects at any one time.
