Gamuda Engineering Australia has established offices in Sydney and Melbourne to pursue and deliver a variety of construction projects and is currently delivering the $2.16B Sydney Metro West – Western Tunnelling Package and has also recently commenced work on the $1.35B Coffs Harbour Bypass and the $1.02B M1 Raymond Terrace Upgrade as part of a joint venture.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our high performing marketing team. Based in our corporate office in North Sydney, you will support the Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate is organised, innovative, and eager to contribute to growing our brand presence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of internal marketing campaigns under the direction of the Marketing Manager
  • Help coordinate the production of marketing materials including social media, printed collateral design, EDM design, and scheduling 
  • Responsible for the execution and performance of internal events
  • Asist the Marketing Manager in the development of sponsorship programs and associated events
  • Maintain and update the company’s website
  • Assist the Communications Manager where needed to create social media posts, internal comms including newsletter updates
  • Prepare monthly reports for the Senior Leadership Team
  • Assist the team in managing suppliers and maintaining budgets 

 

Your skills & experience

 

Ideally you will have relevant qualifications in Marketing or Communications and proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator including:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
