About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and strategically minded Graphic Designer to join our Submissions team. You will transform complex ideas into clear, compelling visual communications that elevate the quality of our bids and submissions.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will deliver high-quality, on-brand design solutions across multiple projects. This hands-on role blends creative execution with strong stakeholder engagement, with your work directly contributing to winning new business.

Specific activities will include:

  • Provide expert design advice and creative solutions to internal stakeholders, ensuring consistency across brand guidelines (often across multiple brands)
  • Translate complex or technical information into clear, engaging visual communications
  • Design and deliver high-quality digital assets including presentations, templates, infographics, diagrams, and other submission materials
  • Manage projects end-to-end from brief through to delivery, collaborating closely with stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and design direction
  • Produce polished, client-ready outputs while managing multiple concurrent projects within tight timeframes
  • Maintain and evolve design libraries and asset management systems, ensuring all outputs meet brand, client, and industry standards
  • Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve creative output

 

Your skills and experience

  • Qualification in Graphic Design or a related discipline
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), Canva, and Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
  • Proven ability to develop design assets from concept through to final delivery
  • Strong understanding of branding and applying brand guidelines
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and delivering across several projects
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
