Gamuda Australia is seeking a Digital Engineering Engineer – Project Systems to join our project delivery team supporting a major infrastructure project in Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital Engineering professional with a strong interest in project systems, digital workflows, software integration, automation and data analytics.
About the Role
You will play a key role in implementing and improving digital systems across the project, working closely with Engineering, Construction, Project Controls and Digital Engineering teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and managing Common Data Environments (CDE) and EDMS.
- Providing hands-on technical support across Autodesk Forma.
- Developing digital site workflows, forms and project system solutions.
- Integrating project systems and developing automated workflows.
- Using Python, APIs and other automation tools to develop custom solutions.
- Developing Power BI dashboards and project reporting solutions.
- Working with SQL, data analytics and data warehousing to improve project reporting and decision-making.
- Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery through technology, automation and better use of data.
About You
You will ideally have experience in Digital Engineering within construction, infrastructure or engineering, combined with practical technical capabilities in project systems and software integration.
We are looking for experience in:
- Autodesk Forma
- CDE / EDMS implementation
- Digital workflows and project systems
- Python and/or software development
- APIs and system integration
- Power BI and data analytics
- SQL and data management
You don't need to have experience in every area. We are particularly interested in candidates who can bridge the gap between Digital Engineering, technology and project delivery.
