Gamuda is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Architectural Design Managers, Civil Design Managers and Structural Design Managers interested in contributing to the delivery of the Sydney Metro West Integrated Station Development (ISD) projects at Parramatta and Sydney Olympic Park.

These landmark developments will transform two of Sydney's most important precincts, integrating world-class transport infrastructure with commercial, mixed-use and public realm developments above and around new metro stations.

As project planning and delivery continue to evolve, we are building a talent pipeline of experienced design leaders who are passionate about delivering complex, city-shaping projects.

About the Opportunity:

Future opportunities will involve leading and coordinating multidisciplinary design teams across a broad range of project phases, from concept and planning through to detailed design and construction delivery.

Successful candidates may be involved in:

• Design management of major over-station developments and associated infrastructure.
• Coordination of architectural, civil, structural and building services disciplines.
• Management of technical interfaces between developers, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders.
• Design reviews, value engineering and constructability assessments.
• Planning approvals, authority approvals and compliance management.
• Stakeholder engagement across client, design and delivery teams.
• Supporting the successful integration of station infrastructure and commercial developments.

Who We're Looking For:

We welcome expressions of interest from professionals with experience in:

• Architectural Design Management
• Civil Design Management

• Major Project Design Delivery

Candidates will ideally possess:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Experience delivering major building, infrastructure, transport, commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Strong stakeholder management and multidisciplinary coordination experience.
• A collaborative approach and ability to influence project outcomes.
• Experience working within complex project environments with multiple stakeholders.
