We are seeking a Supervisor who will be responsible for coordinating and supervising team members and equipment, ensuring efficiency in terms of time, cost, and quality. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver of contractual requirements of work crews within agreed budgets
  • Site supervision in terms of quality, timeliness and compliance 
  • Ensure all works carried out are in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide and maintain high quality of service in all areas
  • Prioritise works, program schedules and supervise works
  • Engage quality contractors and suppliers at the best possible price and standard
  • Liaise with senior Management to ensure all activities/schedules are adhered to

Qualifications

  • Proven in-depth experience needed  in rail/construction industry
  • Proven supervisory experience
  • Organising and planning skills
  • Cost control and budgeting skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the rail industry
