About the role
DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Supervisor with a strong track construction background to join the Queensland Train Manufacturing Program (QTMP) at the Ormeau Rail Facility.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading track construction activities, coordinating crews, subcontractors and plant while ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. Working alongside project engineers and site leadership, you'll play a key role in planning works, managing resources and driving successful project outcomes on one of Queensland's largest rail infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise track construction crews, subcontractors and plant to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to programme
- Coordinate daily work activities, resources, materials and logistics to achieve project milestones
- Monitor quality, productivity and compliance while ensuring all works meet project specifications and rail standards
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and stakeholders to coordinate construction activities and resolve site issues
- Promote a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with DTI procedures, legislative requirements and project standards
- Prepare site reports, monitor progress and support continuous improvement across project delivery
About You
- Proven experience supervising rail construction projects with a strong background in track construction
- Comprehensive knowledge of track installation, maintenance, possessions and rail construction methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead site crews, subcontractors and plant in a fast-paced project environment
- Strong planning, organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Commitment to safety, quality and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Queensland Rail experience and relevant rail competencies will be highly regarded
