Supervisor - Site

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction activities at the site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of the construction process are carried out efficiently, on time, and according to the required standards. This role requires supervising subcontractors, inspecting site works, and ensuring proper coordination among various contractors while maintaining safety and quality throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site activities, including subcontractor work and site operations.
• Inspect construction work (rebar, concrete, etc.) to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate between different contractors (e.g., piling, RC, M&E) to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing construction sites, particularly with knowledge of structural work, M&E, and other related activities.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and site management procedures.

Skills & Abilities

• Able to manage subcontractor work, inspect rebar and other site activities, and read drawings. 
• Familiar with RC. M&E and Architectural works.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
• Knowledge of site safety protocols and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing construction sites and leading teams to successfully complete projects on time and within budget
