Supervisor - Site (SU0010)

Job Summary

Supervise directly work executed at site by workers and ensure that all the works are carried out in accordance with relevant drawings, method statement, specification are standards of engineering practices, and implementation of ISO 9000 procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform stand in supervision and co-ordination of work site
• Perform day to day supervision of IBS Panel Installation
• Submit progress report, day work activity records, installation report, inspection and test plan checklish to Section Foreman for compilation
• Assist Section Foreman to monitor work progress according to targeted schedule and resources (construction material, manpower and plant) arrangement, to ensure smooth running of the work.
• Report to Site Engineer of any technical problem encountered at site which required high level decision making
• Assist Section Foreman in planning ahead of working areas preparation in conjunction with work programme to avoid unnecessary delay.
• Assist site Engineer in preparation of shop drawings.
• Assist Surveyor in survey setting up as well as counter check survey peggings from time o time.
• Provide sufficient information to assist Quantity Surveyors in measurement for claim purposes.

Qualifications

• Civil & Structure Certificate / Diploma.

Skills & Abilities

• Civil and Structure works, earthwork, foundation, surveying and traffic management.
• Basic knowledge in surveying.
• Experience in Precast Concrete will be an added advantage

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

• 3 to 10 years experiance in construction.
