Job Summary
Supervise installation team to carry out inspection to verify the quality of work in accordance with established procedures and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the installation activities at site to ensure that products are installed in accordance to drawings/procedures/work instructions.
- Carry out QC Inspection to ensure product conforms to requirements
- Summarise QC rejects and report to QAQC Engineer on the daily quality issues.
- Monitor and verify the completeness and acceptance of repair/rework before releasing for installation.
- Perform QC patrolling in the site area to check for any QSHE non-conformances.
- Check that product identification and traceability is in compliance.
- Carry out root cause analysis to improve quality performance.
- Liaise with customers to understand their requirements/concerns and resolve detected quality issues at the factory or at the site.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management / Head of Division.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or other relevant field.
Skills & Abilities
- Have QA/QC inspection knowledge and supervisory skills
- QLASSIC awareness
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Quality Control, construction/manufacturing background.
