About the role

 

DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Superintendent - Communications to join DT Infrastructure and Alstom in delivering the $1.6B contract for Perth's High Capacity Signalling Project. The project includes the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of the new Automatic Train Control System to replace the existing signalling and train control systems in Perth.

Reporting to the Senior Construction Manager  this role is responsible for overseeing and coordination of all direct report site employees, plant resources and subcontract teams to achieve quality and safety objectives in accordance with the project programmes and schedules.

Experience and capabilities

 

  • Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Communications Systems, Signalling, or a related engineering discipline; or a combination of relevant trade qualifications and substantial industry experience.
  • Registered Cabler Licence (with endorsements)
  • Demonstrated relevant experience with a minimum 5 years' experience as a Supervisor.
  • Strong Experience in the delivery of civil construction Projects
  • Proven ability to lead large site teams and subcontractors
