About the role

DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Submissions Manager to join our national submissions team, based in Brisbane and reporting to the National Submissions Manager.

This role is critical to securing new work across our infrastructure portfolio. You’ll lead the end-to-end development of high-quality EOIs, tenders and proposals, partnering closely with Business Development, Pre-Contracts, Estimating, Design, Commercial and Delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full submissions lifecycle from opportunity planning through to lodgement.
• Write, edit and review compelling, compliant and client-focused content.
• Manage submission schedules, inputs and review cycles.
• Support bid strategy development, win themes and positioning.
• Oversee production quality and document consistency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of submissions processes and tool.

Experience and capabilities

• 7–10+ years’ experience in submissions or bid management within infrastructure or construction.
• Demonstrated success delivering high-value bids.
• Strong writing, editing and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised and comfortable managing competing deadlines.
