About the role

Based between our head office and tender offices you will support the Submissions Lead and broader Submissions team in leading the preparation, management and review of all bids and associated documentation.

Specific activities will include:

  • Manage the preparation, review and submission of all bids and documentation through interactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams - including estimating, planning, design, and delivery - to gather and consolidate input into cohesive, compelling submissions
  • Engage with senior leadership and subject matter experts to understand client drivers and tailor submissions accordingly, highlighting differentiators
  • Manage the development of content for interactive tender processes and client presentations
  • Manage the writing and graphic design resources to deliver high quality, professional documentation that supports the growth of Gamuda Australia within the industry 
  • Build and maintain a current content database, creating and updating relevant case studies as projects are completed
  • Ensure all submission content complies with internal governance and external client requirements

 

 

Your skills and experience

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing, business, engineering, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience within Bid Submissions, preferably in a Tier 1 construction or engineering environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
  • Proven ability to manage and deliver multiple bids under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy
