About The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to technical matters on site project by developing solutions to problems with the application of mechanical and electrical concepts, practices and techniques.
• Planning of work and resources with particular reference to work program to ensure timely progress.
• Close coordination with other section staff to ensure effective team work on interphasing works.
• Provides relevant information and reports to superior regularly.
• Supervision of field works on short term planning of works.
• Attending weekly and monthly meeting as well as safety meeting.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

About You

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 Years engineering experience in the rail industry
• Project planning / management skills
• Experienced and able to prepare and analyse tenders and estimates
• Demonstrated ability in proactively build relationships with key stakeholders and develop new business opportunities
• Ability to lead and inspire teams
• Well-developed conceptual, analytical and planning skills
