About The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to technical matters on site project by developing solutions to problems with the application of mechanical and electrical concepts, practices and techniques.
- Planning of work and resources with particular reference to work program to ensure timely progress.
- Close coordination with other section staff to ensure effective team work on interphasing works.
- Provides relevant information and reports to superior regularly.
- Supervision of field works on short term planning of works.
- Attending weekly and monthly meeting as well as safety meeting.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
About You
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 Years engineering experience in the rail industry
- Project planning / management skills
- Experienced and able to prepare and analyse tenders and estimates
- Demonstrated ability in proactively build relationships with key stakeholders and develop new business opportunities
- Ability to lead and inspire teams
- Well-developed conceptual, analytical and planning skills
