Senior Contracts Administrator/Contracts Adminstrator

Job Summary

Due to multiple project wins, we are increasing our Commercial team and are now hiring Senior Contracts Administrators/Contracts Administrators. These positions will support to deliver commercial outcomes across the WA business, working closely with the Project Managers and the Commercial team to deliver on contractual obligations and project objectives.

We have opportunities available in our corporate team (CBD office) and project-based teams (metro Perth).

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualification in Quantity Survey, Commerce, Construction Management or similar is preferable
• Previous contracts administration experience within the construction, engineering, resources industries.
• Proven experience in the preparation of contract agreements.
• Working knowledge of project management principles and project control applications.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and SharePoint.
• Sound working knowledge of risk management principles and application of process.
• High level of self-discipline, self-motivation, energy and initiative.
• You must hold relevant Australian work rights to be considered for this position
