Through engineering innovation, collaborative contracting and leading sustainability practices we’re unlocking opportunities for a better tomorrow.

About the role

DT Infrastructure is seeking an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our team delivering the Smoky Creek and Guthries Gap Solar Power Station Project in Central Queensland.

Working closely with the Senior Project Administrator and project leadership team, you'll provide the administrative support that keeps our sites running efficiently. From workforce mobilisation and compliance to financial administration, document management and stakeholder coordination, you'll play an integral role in the successful delivery of these landmark renewable energy projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with a national infrastructure contractor. As this is a site-based role, we're ideally seeking someone who lives locally or within commuting distance of the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support across the projects, ensuring efficient day-to-day site operations and exceptional support to the delivery team.
  • Coordinate workforce mobilisation, travel, accommodation, inductions, training and compliance requirements to keep personnel project-ready.
  • Support project financial administration through purchase orders, invoice processing, timesheets, reporting and end-of-month activities.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, registers and reporting systems while ensuring compliance with company, client and audit requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to support the successful delivery of the projects.

About you

  • Previous experience in a Project Administrator, Site Administrator or similar role within construction, infrastructure, renewables, mining or a comparable project environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience supporting project administration, workforce mobilisation, financial processes and document management, with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused professional with excellent communication skills, integrity and a genuine commitment to supporting a high-performing project team.
