We are currently seeking a Site Engineer To provide engineering, technical, quality support and other duties as delegated by the Senior Project Manager and Operations Manager.
This position supports our Queensland Train Manufacturing Program (QTMP) Project, located in Ormeau, Queensland, and applicants must reside in close proximity to the project location.

Key Responsibilities
- Safety compliance, inspections and SWMS.
- Planning and scheduling of site construction activities.
- Working with the site project teams including supervisors.
- Quality Assurance, Cost and Time Management.
- Resolving site issues in a timely manner.
- Liaising with key clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinating internal and external resources.
Qualifications
- Tertiary Qualification in Civil Engineering or similar
- 2+ years’ experience on civil projects, preferable Tier 1
- Preferably exposure to TMR or similar Specifications
- Project management qualifications will be advantageous
- Proven understanding of construction with a hands-on approach
- Effective problem-solving abilities
- Ability to resolve conflict and manage client expectations
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
