Job Summary
The Site Administrator is responsible for the efficient and effective management of the day-to-day operations of a specific site or location. This role involves providing administrative support, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and serving as a point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors. The Site Administrator will work closely with various departments to support the overall success of the site.
Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to site personnel, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.

Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the site's office space, ensuring a clean, organized, and functional work environment.

Greet visitors, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and vendors.

Coordinate with facilities management to address maintenance issues, repairs, and other facility-related needs.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Proven experience in office administration, site management, or a similar role.
