Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- To lead QAQC team consist of QAQC Engineers.
- To monitor and ensure implementation of QAQC processes at site via inspections as per Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), Surveillance checks, routine audits and documents reviews.
- Centrally coordinate, update and report status of QAQC implementation on site to QAQC Lead based on the outcome from inspections on-site.
- To interface/ communicate/ attend meeting with trade package managers and trade package contractors as necessary/ required to ensure QAQC requirements/ processes are met
- To investigate, assess and follow up with the respective trade package managers on mitigation plan/ method to tackle QAQC deficiencies at site
- To review and approve issuance of Non-Conformance Report (NCR) raised by QAQC Engineer.
- To recommend issuance of Stop Work Order to QAQC Lead.
- To analyze trend of NCR and address the impact to the project based on level of risk. Also, to track, follow up and ensure closure on-time.
- To work with QA engineers on compilation of data and statistical analysis.
- Guide the QA/QC engineers as required on specific tasks such as assisting in routine checking of Risk registers and site implementation of required controls
- Work closely with Client/ Client rep. and attend meetings as required.
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical
Skills & Abilities
- Well verse with the QAQC requirements on installation and testing & commissioning of MEP equipment.
- Experience in Data Centre projects will be an advantage
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
- Min. 10 years of experience in construction industry with at least 3 years as Manager or Asst. Manager
