Job Summary
To ensure all Clubhouse Facilities and Golf Course (Maintenance & House Keeping) in good and working order within the operational and preventive maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day operations for both Clubhouse Maintenance & House Keeping Department
- Ensuring all related repairs, supplies and also readiness at all time
- Compliance to the statutory requirements related to the building and facilities management.
- Administration and also operation for departments including purchase, contractors management and relevant authorities related.
- To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
- Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
- Executive Master of Building & Facilities Management.
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to execute, analyse technical issues and provide solutions to the management within the time frame and ensuring smooth deliverables.
- Well verse on maintenance management system for ease of administration and other system used in daily task and duties.
- Participate in all clubs’ activities/events and actively play a role for successful achievements.
- Industry wide experience in Building & Facilities Management within the standard and practices nationwide.
- Leading the department on daily operations.
- Administration and technical competencies related to the systems and installations.
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
- 5 years and above relevant working experience.
