Job Summary

To ensure all Clubhouse Facilities and Golf Course (Maintenance & House Keeping) in good and working order within the operational and preventive maintenance. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day operations for both Clubhouse Maintenance & House Keeping Department
  • Ensuring all related repairs, supplies and also readiness at all time
  • Compliance to the statutory requirements related to the building and facilities management.
  • Administration and also operation for departments including purchase, contractors management and relevant authorities related.
  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management. 

Qualifications

  • Executive Master of Building & Facilities Management.

Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to execute, analyse technical issues and provide solutions to the management within the time frame and ensuring smooth deliverables.
  • Well verse on maintenance management system for ease of administration and other system used in daily task and duties.
  • Participate in all clubs’ activities/events and actively play a role for successful achievements.
  • Industry wide experience in Building & Facilities Management within the standard and practices nationwide.
  • Leading the department on daily operations.
  • Administration and technical competencies related to the systems and installations.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

  • 5 years and above relevant working experience.
