Job Summary
The Senior Executive - Mechanical, Electrical And Plumbing (MEP) - Engineering is responsible for the detailed design, analysis, and technical support of complex MEP systems for various projects, from conceptualization through construction and commissioning. This role involves applying advanced engineering principles to create safe, efficient, and compliant solutions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes. The Senior Executive will work with increasing independence, ensuring technical excellence, adherence to codes and standards, and innovative problem-solving in MEP design, and may provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed mechanical design and analysis for systems such as HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and specialized industrial or building mechanical equipment. Conduct electrical design and analysis for power distribution systems, lighting layouts, grounding, fire alarm, security, and low-voltage systems.

Perform load calculations, energy consumption analysis, fluid dynamics, short-circuit analysis, voltage drop calculations, and other relevant MEP computations using engineering software. Develop design concepts and prepare detailed MEP drawings (e.g., P&IDs, layouts, schematics), specifications, and technical reports.

Prepare comprehensive engineering drawings (using CAD/BIM software), specifications, and technical reports in accordance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory codes.

Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and adheres to project standards.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering from an accredited institution.

Proven experience in mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing design and analysis.

Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, SolidWorks) and relevant analysis/simulation software (e.g., ETAP, SKM PowerTools, Dialux, HAP, Pipe-Flo).

Strong understanding of building codes, MEP design standards, and construction practices.
