Job Summary
The Senior IT Executive, reporting directly to IT Manager/Assistant Manager, is entrusted with the strategic leadership and management of the IT department. This role involves overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, driving innovation, and ensuring the flawless operation of advanced technology systems.
The Senior IT Executive holds a fundamental position in aligning IT strategies with business objectives, maintaining the highest standards of security, and preserving the integrity of the company's IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1) Lead the IT team by providing great guidance and support, creating a positive and productive work environment. Give helpful feedback and mentorship to help the team do their best.
2) Develop and execute tailored IT strategies aligned with organizational goals, proactively adapting to industry trends and recommending strategic IT adjustments.
3) Ensure optimal performance of critical IT systems to consistently support business operations.
4) Proactively safeguard our data and IT infrastructure through comprehensive security measures. Stay vigilant against evolving cyber threats and ensure strict adherence to industry best practices and regulations.
5) Manage IT projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery within budget and timeline constraints. Foster inter-team collaboration to define project scope, objectives, and execution strategies.
6) Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, ensuring excellent service at cost-effective prices.
7) Troubleshoot and resolve various IT issues faced by staff, including hardware malfunctions, software glitches, and network connectivity problems.
8) Develop and manage a comprehensive IT budget, balancing cost-effectiveness with strategic investments in essential technologies and services.
9) Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
10) To comply and adhere to all matters about Cybersecurity, Quality, Safety, Health & Environmental related to the job scope and workplace as required by the company.
Qualifications
Degree in IT related fields

1) Possess strong leadership skills.
2) Knowledge and experience in cybersecurity.
3) Project management skills.
