Job Summary

Responsible to appropriately discharge the HR generalist role i.e. overall HR spectrum; recruitment, payroll, learning & development, performance management, IR and ER, etc. Ensure all HR information, personnel records and benefits claims are kept up to date and accurate. Manage the HRIS record and daily operation of payroll function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting Superior in recruitment; advertise job ad, screening resumes, interview, induction and hiring process; preparing job offer, keyed-in new hire particular into GES and other related tasks.
  • Assisting Superior in L&D; staff Training Needs Analysis exercise, Training Plan, training enrolment and pre and post training assessment, and other related L&D tasks.
  • Assisting Superior in PMS; PMS related activities, roadshow initiative collate departmental KPI, compilation of data, follow-up with line managers and preparing data for peer review exercise and submission.
  • Assisting Superior in IR; issuance of disciplinary letters, involve in Domestic Inquiry exercise, etc.
  • Assisting Superior in ER; any employee relations/engagement related initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date data in personnel records and accurate information in system and payroll.
  • Preparing letters pertaining to employees' status e.g. promotion, transfer, redesignation, etc.
  • Keep track and update Superior pertaining to information on day-to-day human resource operations.
  • Maintain human resources information in HRIS and company portal/intranet.
  • Provide monthly management report on HR related matters and staff status.
  • Monitor confirmation due and ensure confirmation letter issued.
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
  • Work location in Banting & Sepang 

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in related discipline

Skills & Abilities

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill, sound knowledge in overall HR spectrum and relevant legislations e.g. Employment Act, EPF Act and Socso Act

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

  • Min 4 years' experience in similar functions.
