Job Summary
The Senior Executive - Enterprise Infrastructure, Information Technology is responsible for independently managing, maintaining, and optimizing the company's critical enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring its stability, security, scalability, and efficiency. This pivotal role involves hands-on administration of complex network, server, and cloud environments, proactive monitoring of system performance, advanced troubleshooting, and contributing to strategic infrastructure planning. The Senior Executive will work closely with the IT Manager and other IT teams to provide a robust and reliable IT environment, often guiding junior staff, and ensuring seamless connectivity and operational continuity that effectively supports business operations and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex physical and virtual servers (Windows Server, Linux), ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.

Manage and optimize network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN connectivity, VPN solutions, firewalls, wireless access points, and load balancers. Oversee and administer cloud resources and services within designated cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including virtual machines, storage, and managed services.

Manage and monitor storage solutions, ensuring data integrity and efficient utilization. Implement and manage virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Implement and manage comprehensive monitoring tools to track server, network, and cloud resource performance, availability, and capacity utilization.

Analyze performance data, identify bottlenecks, and lead the implementation of solutions for optimization and improved reliability.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT administration, network administration, or server management.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Cisco CCNP, CompTIA Server+, VMware Certified Professional) are highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux operating systems, networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls), and virtualization technologies.
