The Role

We are seeking an additional Senior Contract Administrator to join our Goulburn River Solar Farm Project team, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager. This is a vital role supporting this large scale renewables project currently being delivered in the NSW Upper Hunter region. You will be instrumental in managing large value subcontract packages, preparing head contract variations and extensions of time notices and claims, preparing monthly reports and forecasts, and ensuring compliance across all project activities. This role requires regular monthly travel to the project site and, in return, you will receive a project remuneration uplift.

Key Responsibilities

•    Lead the efficient administration and management of large value subcontract packages.
•    Identify, prepare, submit and manage head contract variations and extensions of time.
•    Assist with the preparation of monthly project valuation reports and head contract progress claims.
•    Contribute to monthly reporting and forecasting activities.
•    Support the preparation of tenders and supplier/subcontractor agreements.
•    Ensure strict compliance with DT Infrastructure policies, stakeholder requirements, and statutory regulations.
•    Proactively collaborate with clients, providing regular reports and fostering continuous improvement.
•    Champion DT Infrastructure's values, demonstrating leadership in zero harm, client satisfaction, and financial accountability.
•    Utilise DT Infrastructure systems effectively for day-to-day commercial activities.

About You

•    Tertiary Qualification or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
•    A minimum of 5 years' contractor experience, specifically as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator or similar role within the construction industry, with a strong preference for experience in the renewables sector.
•    Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
•    Adept at managing workloads, prioritising tasks, and performing effectively under pressure.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and cost control systems.
