Job Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling front desk duties. This role also provides basic administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities

Front Desk Management

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.

Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.

Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and equipped with necessary materials (brochures, stationery, etc.).

Administrative Support

Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.

Support in preparing simple documents, letters, or reports as required.

Maintain and update contact lists and staff directories.

Customer Service

Provide basic information about the company and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.

Handle customer or visitor requests politely and efficiently.

Support internal and external communication flow.

Office Coordination

Assist with ordering and monitoring office supplies and pantry items.

Coordinate with maintenance or vendors for office equipment and facility issues.

Support HR or Admin team in organizing company events or activities when required.

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma / Bachelor in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in front desk or administrative support.

Pleasant personality, good communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
