About the role

We're seeking a Quality Administrator to join our team on the Smoky Creek and Guthries Gap Solar Power Station Project. This position provides essential administrative support to the Quality team, helping maintain accurate project records, documentation and reporting throughout project delivery.

Working closely with the site team, you'll play an important role in ensuring quality documentation is organised, up to date and compliant, supporting the successful delivery of this landmark renewable energy project.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone local to the project who enjoys being organised, thrives in a team environment and takes pride in delivering quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Quality team, maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
  • Assist with document control, reporting and quality registers to support project compliance.
  • Prepare and organise documentation for audits, inspections and quality activities.
  • Maintain electronic document management systems and ensure project information is accurate and current.
  • Work collaboratively with the project team to support quality processes and project delivery.

About you

  • Previous administration experience within construction, infrastructure or a major project environment, with renewable energy project experience highly desirable.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office programs, with strong computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise competing tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships across project teams.
  • A proactive, reliable team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support.
