About the role

DT Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Rail Systems team supporting the delivery of major rail infrastructure projects across South East Queensland.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, this role is accountable for the successful delivery of projects across all aspects of performance, including safety, commercial, financial, programme and quality outcomes. Working closely with clients, subcontractors and multidisciplinary project teams, you will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced infrastructure leader to take ownership of complex rail projects while contributing to the continued growth of DT Infrastructure's rail business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project delivery across safety, commercial, financial, programme and quality objectives
  • Manage client, subcontractor and stakeholder relationships to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, procurement and delivery activities from commencement through to handover
  • Monitor project performance, risks, opportunities and budgets while implementing corrective actions where required
  • Lead and develop multidisciplinary project teams, fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability and performance
  • Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, rail standards, legislation and DTI management systems

About You

  • Proven experience delivering major infrastructure, rail or transport projects in a Project Manager capacity
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing project budgets, programmes, subcontractors and contractual obligations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive successful project outcomes
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience working directly with clients and delivery partners
  • Well-developed planning, risk management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline
