Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic individual with leadership skills to join our company as a Project Manager. The project manager job function is to deliver the value from the project to its stakeholder meeting the scope of the project, delivered within the time frame given and within the budget allocated for the project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, establish, and manage IT projects; serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of assigned projects.
  • Track project performance periodically to ensure both short-term and long-term goals are met.
  • Ensure compliance with objectives, organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Manage team members, vendors, and stakeholders regarding project requirements.
  • Create and maintain stakeholder register and project management plan.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Implement changes where necessary and according to change management process.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in IT, computer science or related discipline.
  • Proven project and process management skillset.
  • Added advantage:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1/2), Agile Certified Professional (PMI-ACP), or equivalent.
    • Business analytics skillset.
    • Knowledge in change management.
    • Both IT and business architecture design skillset.

  • Proven project and process management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Able to create detailed project, schedule, and communication plans.
  • Able to review time/materials and fixed price contracts.
  • Skilled in project tools like stakeholder register, cost/time plans, issue log, risk register.
  • Experienced with Jira, BigPicture, Confluence, Trello, Clickup, or similar.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience in delivering IT projects and 3 years in managing projects using any agile methodology (Scrum, Scrumban, SAFe, or equivalent)
