About the role

 

DT Infrastructure, as part of the TasVic Greenlink joint venture with Samsung C&T Corporation Australia, has been awarded the contract to deliver the Balance of Works package for Marinus Link Stage 1.

 

With a strong pipeline of work in renewable energy projects, we are seeking a Project Administrator to join our Melbourne CBD office.

 

Reporting to the Senior People and Capability Advisor, you will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations, manage corporate facilities, coordinate internal events, and deliver efficient administrative support for the project team.

 

Key responsibilities include:

 

  • Manage day-to-day CBD office operations, reception, mail, couriers, and visitor management.
  • Coordinate corporate facilities, equipment maintenance, IT support, and vendor services.
  • Track inventory, manage kitchen/office supplies, and maintain high standards of office presentation.
  • Plan and coordinate internal office events, meetings, catering, and team-building activities.
  • Handle corporate travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, and fleet vehicle processes.
  • Support financial administration, including raising POs, processing delivery dockets, and data entry.

 

 

 

 

Experience and capabilities:

 

  • Certificate IV in Administration/Facilities (or working towards) or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proven experience in corporate facilities coordination, reception, or office administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance.
  • Experience planning internal events, social activities, and managing office communications.
  • Strong organizational skills with proficiency in MS Office and database administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
