Job Summary
SAP Ariba P2P is a core procurement function within Gamuda. This Job Description outlines the System Administrator role, responsible for supporting both the technology and functional operations of digital transformation. Reporting to GIT and works closely with the business users (Gamuda Land) to support procurement processes on Ariba P2P (Procure-to-Pay).
The role covers implementation, enhancements, changes, and expansion of the P2P. The Ariba P2P Platform Administrator will be trained by the Gamuda project team on the system and work on the enhancement and provide system support after go-live. Responsibilities include core administration, configuration, and enhancements of the P2P solution to meet strategic business objectives, as well as collaborating on technical solutions related to master data interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
- System administration of SAP Ariba Procure to Pay (P2P) Module.
- SAP Ariba P2P system end user support including troubleshooting, user access & company code creation, workflow & system configuration.
- Possess the business acumen to understand the business requirements and determine whether they can be addressed through user training or require IT intervention for system configuration.
- Liaise with the users to explain and resolve business issues, and develop use cases in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, Systems, Engineering or related field strongly preferred.

- Good business acumen skills, preferably in construction industry or project costing, or digital procurement area.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Independent, detail-conscious, self-motivated, organized, and results oriented individual capable of handling multiple tasks and achieving tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and management skills. Fast learner, flexible and able to work on multiple tasks with proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience
- 1 to 3 years' experience in Procurement or P2P functional support (Knowledge of Ariba is added advantage) and in the following skills:
- System Management - Testing and Troubleshooting.
- Master Data Management / Integrations.
- Configuration / Service / Enhancement Requests.
- Dashboard / Reporting Configurations.
- Workflow Management.
