Job Summary
We are seeking Software Development Engineers with a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our team that leads the implementation of AI company wide. As part of the AI team in Gamuda Land, our objective is to develop, test, and deploy innovative AI solutions across the company, focusing on improving customer experience & operational efficiencies. One of our key responsibilities is to work closely with different business units to align on requirements for deploying bespoke AI solutions. This role provides the opportunity to learn and expand one’s skills in full-stack development, integrating AI into operational workflows and managing different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy bespoke AI solutions within the given project timelines.
- Maintain and iterate on in-house developed AI powered applications.
- Conduct R&D on the latest AI tools and software to enhance Gamuda’s AI initiatives.
- Collaborate with different business units and stakeholders to identify operational challenges and determine how AI can address these issues or optimize workflows.
- Provide technical support to end users to ensure effective adoption of new AI tools and platforms.
- Adhere to all company policies concerning Quality, Safety, Health, and Environmental standards relevant to the job scope and workplace.
- Other duties that may occasionally be assigned by the Management.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering/Computer Science/Software Engineering/related fields.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates encourage to apply
Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Proficiency in front-end applications using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS
- Understanding in modern JS framework such as Reactjs, Vuejs or Angular will be preferred
- Any cloud-related certification (GCP, Azure, AWS) will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing platforms, databases and APIs.
- Familiarity with general AI concepts, including how large language models work and the data pre-processes involved.
