Job Summary

Serves as the strategic backbone, providing analytical insights, system support, and capability development to drive overall sales performance. This role works closely with the Project Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Digitalisation Unit to optimize sales processes, enhance customer engagement, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in develop and maintain PowerBI dashboard for management reporting and project support.
• Provide market analysis and insights to assist in strategic planning.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all sales systems.
• Support and enhance sales systems to improve productivity and data flow.
• Collaborate with IT team to implement system upgrades and enhancements to optimize sales reporting and decision making.
• Use AI-based performance analytics to track sales agent effectiveness and identify skill gaps.
• Provide insights to improve leads quality, customer experience and satisfaction.
• Assist Marketing team in organising campaign and the planning if required.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Economics or equivalent 
• Candidate who can start in August/September 2026
