Job Summary
Assist in marketing operations like planning and coordination between internal and external parties ensuring smooth execution of campaign, roadshows and more.
Key Responsibilities
• To assist team in planning, coordination and execution of marketing and sales events
such as promotional activities, roadshow, exhibition etc to achieve departmental goals
• To assist team in carrying out market research to support promotional activities.
• To coordinate between interdepartmental personnel and external parties to achieve timely completion of marketing deliverables.
• To assist relevant personnel in leads contacting by creating a medium and process relevant data.
• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business / Marketing / Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Minimum 3 months and above
- Minimum 3.0 CGPA

Skills & Abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
• Effective communication skills & analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in video editing would be a plus
