Job Summary
This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources Operations, working closely with the team to support in delivering day-to-day HR administrative service
Key Responsibilities

Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Support the preparation and maintenance of HR documentation, including employment-related letters and records.

Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle administrative processes.

Process and verify employee claims and other HR-related requests in accordance with company policies.

Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support for HR operations.

Maintain and organize employee files and HR records, both electronic and physical.

Assist in compiling HR reports and maintaining accurate documentation.

Support HR compliance by ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal policies and statutory requirements.

Perform data entry, filing, document management, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Provide support for HR projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications
Degree in Human Resource Management

Able to communicate with all levels, assertive and takes initiative

Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Good working knowledge of statutory act related to human resources and labour (Labour Law, Employment Act, EPF, Socso, etc)
Expected Minimum Years of Experience
Candidates available for a 6-month internship will be given preference
