Job Description: 

Job Summary

HRIS Specialist will manage the successful execution and maintenance of HR systems (HRIS) which include all internal HR systems, Payroll system and other third-party integration related to HR data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact on technical concerns involving HR systems.
  • Effective and efficient service provision in line with service level agreements and Customer Satisfaction targets.
  • Provide functional and technical support and maintenance requests on HR systems in SuccessFactors including the whole range of processes: Employee Central, Organization Management, Roles and Authorization, Compensation, Pay & Time Management, Talent, and Learning.
  • Contributes to continuous improvement and employee centricity and growing our value projects/initiatives.
  • Gather data from HR platforms and feedback from team members to identify specific processes.
  • Document and communicate process updates to different users in the organization.
  • Report key indicators for the business to measure the effect of process improvement efforts. 
  • Assist with half-yearly SAP SuccessFactors release updates.
  • Assist in implementing, testing and supporting the HR systems and business process documentation. 
  • Provide HRIS training and support to users.
  • To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and work place as required by the Company.
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualifications

  • At least a Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration or in any related fields.
  • Very strong technical acumen in SAP SuccessFactors and other HR enabling technologies
  • Preferable certificatied to one or more SuccessFactors module.
  • Possess sound technical knowledge and ability to clearly communicate key recommendations to clients.

Skills & Abilities

  • Functional knowledge in HR processes and system especially in SAP SuccessFactors or any other cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge on applicable data privacy and protection requirements.
  • Proficient in English with an ability to understand employee queries and interact with different stakeholder in HR and business.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

  • Preferable with 2 to 4 years experiences in SuccessFactors maintenance and project implementation.
